Will out of stock colors/sizes be re-stocked?
Yes! Occasionally specific colors and sizes will temporarily go out of stock. Fortunately we receive shipments daily and most colors and sizes will be added back to the site as soon as they arrive back in our store.

 


When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. In general, you can expect to receive your order in 3 - 7 working days for U.S. orders and 2 - 3 weeks for all international orders. An email with tracking information is sent following your order. If you did not receive an email with tracking information or need help getting more information on your order please contact us at orders@johnnythreads.com.

 


Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes we do! We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will gladly accept unworn items back for a return or exchange. For more information on our return/exchange policy please click here.

 


What types of payments do you accept?

How often do you add new styles?
We are constantly adding new styles and designers to our store. Stay up to date with all our new additions by following us on Facebook, Twitter, or join our email list! Also, if there's a style or designer you'd like to see in our store, let us know by sending an email to orders@johnnythreads.com.

 


Are all of your items guaranteed authentic?
Absolutely! All of the items we carry in our store are purchased directly from the designers and manufacturers and are guaranteed authentic and genuine. We do not purchase or carry any used, rejected, or counterfeit items in our store.
